The app currently has no account login, advertisements, payments or active subscriptions. Johan's private videos and transcripts are not distributed in the public release. On-device information: The app stores your chosen language in Android local preferences and maintains a local search database for its preview structure. You can remove this data by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. We do not directly receive the locally stored language choice. Public index requests: When you search public sources, the app downloads the public JSON index over HTTPS from https://pekanbewys.co.za/bot-sources.json. Your search phrase is then matched locally against the downloaded index; it is not submitted separately as a search query to PekanBewys. When the index is requested, the hosting infrastructure may receive standard technical connection information such as your IP address, request time and an app user-agent identifier and may retain server logs for operations or security. Processing and retention of those logs depend on the host's actual infrastructure and retention practices. Contact us with requests about applicable records or your rights under POPIA. External websites: Only when you choose an original-source link does your browser open a third-party website, subject to that site's privacy practices. We do not sell your data and the preview has no embedded advertisements, analytics, or live Premium purchases.
